Bill Young,

Bill Young earned his undergraduate
degree with a dual major in operations
and marketing from the University
of Wisconsin-Oshkosh campus in 1978.
Bill started his career with H.J.Heinz
in the sales and sale management areas.
During this period Bill also earned
his MBA from the same school with
a focus in Strategic Planning. He
graduated with honors and is a member
of the Beta Gamma Sigma organization.
After a successful 6 years in the
sales management area, Bill moved
to the marketing arena with several
food companies and gained a wide variety
of marketing experience as he held
various positions starting as marketing
associate and ending as a director
of marketing. In 1998 Bill started
his own systems consulting company
which provided IT services to the
small business market. After 10 years
of profitable growth he sold this
business in 2008. Bill has been very
happily married to Jeanne since 1980
and they have 2 grown children, Steven
and Sarah. Bill enjoys coaching youth
travel soccer with the Arlington Aces
and reading.

and Soft-Computing methods

Satellite Telecommunication
Company as a market data

Elena was born in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria and moved to the United States when she was 11 years old. Elena graduated from DePaul University College of Commerce with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing degree in June 2008 and soon joined MDI as a market research analyst. She was invited to become a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society in 2005. Her hobbies include traveling, working out, watching soccer, and playing the piano. Elena plans on returning to DePaul to obtain her MBA in the near future. |

Kestutis shows a strong

community. He can speak
Lithuanian, Russian, Japanese
and Spanish languages,
and is a member of International
Trade Club of Chicago.

He is currently working

Lisa Hunt graduated from JB Conant High School and went on to attend Harper College, where she studied Culinary Arts and Criminal Justice. Since high school, Lisa has held a variety of positions, including construction assistant, lifeguard, fitness center sales associate, loan officer, GNC store manager, Jenny Craig consultant, copier sales consultant, and Kinko's assistant manager. She has learned a great deal from all her jobs and clients. Lisa is passionate about physical fitness and holds a black belt in American Karate. She also loves outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, snow boarding, sledding, knee boarding, camping, kayaking, and swimming. Lisa joined MDI in October of 2008. |

Margaret has taught Writing, English Literature, and English as a Second Language courses, and has also worked in market research as well as sales and marketing in the financial industry. teaching of OR technicians. At Lutheran
General, she worked in the main OR, specializing
in open-heart procedures. Later she moved
to the Ambulatory Surgery center and worked
in outpatient surgery. Janice joined MPMS
in 1989 and supervises the interviewing

Don also spent time working
for Neil Nelson and Associates
between 1988 and 1990. Don
started consulting for MDI
in 1986. Don plays a critical

databases for MDI and helps
with hardware configuration
and support.

Liudmila was born in Mogilev, Belarus and moved to the United States in 2009. Liudmila graduated from European Humanities University with a Bachelor of Audiovisual Art majoring in Media and Visual Design in August 2009 and soon joined MDI as a graphic designer. Prior to joining MDI, she attended training courses and seminars in Sweden, Italy, Germany, Lithuania, Georgia and Estonia.
Her hobbies include photography, salsa dancing, argentine tango, traveling, languages, and cooking.
