Veterinary Market Dynamics Database The Veterinary Market Dynamics Database is primarily used to generate the Veterinary Market Dynamics Report. Information in this database is gathered from the National Veterinary Disease and Therapeutic Study (NVDTS), which is performed by the Veterinary Research Institue (VRI), a division of Market Dynamics. This study involves a panel of 500+ private practice veterinarians. Several times annually, about 350 rotating panel members provide an audit of their medical records for two days of their practice. A pre-formatted booklet is provided to veterinarians to record all examined, initiated or re-treated companion animal patients.
